Return and refund policy

1. Almost all products in the multimedia kingdom are intact (packaged from the manufacturer). If you purchase the product from our showroom, you must check and buy infront of our salesperson. However, if there is a warranty declaration for any kind of problem in the product, you will be covered by the warranty as per that period.

 

2. In the case of online orders, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is any kind of defect in the product, it should be reported by calling the 24-hour hotline.

 

3. Warranted products must be replaceable if found to be defective. In this case, after sending the product back to us, the experts will observe and take steps to change it.

 

4. As the product warranty is provided by the manufacturer, customer may have to wait for the replacement product as long as necessary to arrive. Buyer will also bear the cost of bringing the warranty product.

 

 

5. If the buyer wishes to exchange the defective product through the delivery man or to change the product, additional delivery charges will be applicable for the same. Courier charges will be applicable for cases outside Dhaka. If the product is found to be broken, burned or burned after delivery, the product will not be exchangeable or covered under warranty.

 

6. Multimedia Kingdom has no warranty for the stylus with respect to digital devices. Also, if the cable or cable port of the device does not work due to prolonged use, it will not be covered under the warranty.

 

 

7. Product purchase is encouraged by reading the description on the Multimedia Kingdom website. After receiving the product, if it does not support your specific device or if you are not interested in buying the product at this time, the product is not returnable or exchangeable.

 

8. For any acceptable reason the Multimedia Kingdom authorities are agree in returning the product, the product price will be refunded through the same payment channel using which the customer has paid. However, it may take 7 to 10 working days. Refund charges will apply in case of refund of price paid through Mobile Banking, Online Payment or Point of Sale Machine (POS).

 

9. All charges like EMI, development, gateway or EFT charges are non-refundable.

 

10. In the case of products received by courier, the customer must be requested not to receive the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the product is damaged in courier, the buyer will receive it at his own responsibility and no complaint will be entertained in this regard.

Shipping returns
